Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today: Brownsburg’s Innovative Community Leadership Academy

Brownsburg introduces the "Brownsburg Leadership Academy," a free, selective program designed for residents keen on becoming key community contributors. The program, limited to 20 participants, offers eight sessions focusing on leadership skills, problem-solving, networking, and understanding local government operations. It's a chance to learn about the Town of Brownsburg's inner workings and interact with influential figures.

Eligibility requires residency in Brownsburg or being a local business owner, a commitment to community leadership, and availability for most sessions. Topics range from financial planning to public works, with a schedule spanning from February to October, concluding with a graduation ceremony. This academy is a unique opportunity for those aspiring to make a significant impact in Brownsburg.
